Mussels..
Please know I am no chef what so ever. I don't event pretend to be one. I just like quick and easy food and treats.

For sure mussels are not my favourite treat. Even so, when wrapping these little monsters into bacon they really do turn in to a delicious piece of food.
So today was bacon wrapped Friday at our house.
The quick wintery way to do this goes as follows:
Wrap one piece of mussel meat into one slice of bacon. Put all the rolls in to a tray with baking paper. Preheat them in a hot air oven for some 8 minutes. Then fry them in a pan on the stove so the bacon gets nice and crisp. That's it 😋
