Every house and garden has them...
You know what I mean, those corners and or rooms that never really make sense. Rooms that end up like a total mess or storage. Even Monica Geller [Friends] turned out to have such a closet. In our garden we have one of those spots.
It is in far end of our garden, a black hole that currently has no purpose what so ever. When we moved in we found an old caravan in the corner! Back then both the caravan and the corner were completely overtaken by English and Boston Ivy.
To be able to break down and get the mould infested caravan out of there we had to remove just about everything and anything growing around it.
Surprisingly enough, three years in, very little has grown back.
One would think invasive plants like British ivy would be quick to take over, but in this case not so much.
So instead of any kind of lush green we now have the opportunity to fully enjoy the almost fully rotten fences of the neighbouring properties.
I sense we need a huge fence to first of all cover the corner up, and then just maybe we'll get some kind of wooden hut in place of the current void.
I for one would love to place a Finnish Kota in the corner. A Kota with some kind of wood burner, a desk and a sofa. That would be just truly amazing!
