Great fun yesterday..

Yesterday was great fun. We went out for a full day for an ATP tournament in Tennis. Cannot say Tennis is my number one sport but for sure it was a very enjoyable day of fun and sport. And sport really is something I do enjoy.

Bummer though I did not bring somekind of camera cause there were some great photo opportunities during the event. And unlike other sporting events I tend to visit - mostly equestrian themed - photography and video recordings seemed to be perfectly ok to do at this Tennis tournament.

Big city!

Heading for our day of Tennis we also needed to travel to the big city. Which in this case would be the very same city we left in June of 2022. Since we handed over the keys to our town house in the city I have not returned there.

I have not even been close. Cannot say I miss it. Don't get me wrong. I did enjoy the perks of living in a vibrant big city but I will never go back to live in a city. Country life suits me just fine. And speaking of which.

My surgeon called me during yesterday leading to him cancelling my "only lift 1kilo at the time" and instead gave me a "listen to your body and use common sense" order. So now I can truly enjoy country life and head out into the garden and enjoy life :)
