Mansplaining?

The other day we went to a meeting with other business owners that are focusing on people and tourism. I don't remember which meeting this was in regards to the amount of times we have been to one the past year. But it is like getting worse and worse for every time.
The very first meeting we attended was set up by our local government one year ago. We were around 15-20 people attending and since then it has grown. Just to decline again.
One of the reason the interest in the group of business owners seem to decline must be the mansplaining moron of a man that has now taken over the project.
In all honesty I am not sure if mansplaining is even the correct term for what this man is doing. Cause he shoots down everybody that dare to have something to say. He was even called upon it on the Monday night meeting and just continued to do it.
His favourite thing seem to be to point out he's been working in marketing for years. Which for him means that not one single input from any one sitting in the room being a local business owner means squat to him. WTF!
All of us attending these meetings come with one thing in mind. As in how can we as business owners work together to optimise our revenue from the tourism in our area. Which is sitting on the foot of a National Park!
This man is supposedly the moderator of these meetings but in one year we have not moved forward one single bit. Instead he have now managed to alienate most of the locals from actively contribute to this project.
That is quite the accomplishment in such a short time span. For me personal as in being a business owner it just means I continue down my original path way and do my own thing and rely on the current platforms already out there.
Let's do this!
