Harvest times..
I have already collected a good stack of recipes for Tomato Chutney as well as Tomato Ketchup. Home made tomato ketchup sounds amazingly yummie.

Holy moly, time flies and suddenly we can harvest the fruits of our hard work. And Iβm not only talking about enjoying parts of our garden that are way more organised than others.
No, I am talking food. Fruits, berries & veggies and about 300 billion Pot Marigold flowers. I just love it.
Cause it took a while to get over the fact my big fish disappeared. Still no trace from them and still zero disturbance around and in the pond to make us think who or what ever took them came back for the babies.
But back to the veggies, berries and fruits. So, we did only get the one Cherry and the one Apple. But our Pear tree is hanging full of fruit. And just now Iβve just been out in the garden to pick up three kinds of Tomatoes plus the Flowering Quince.
Ketchup in the making!
The latter were not all that many but enough to be part of an upcoming batch of some kind of Pear mixed with Flowering quince chutney.
Just to be sure Iβm prepared for the Tomatoes to get ready I have already collected a good stack of recipes for Tomato Chutney as well as Tomato Ketchup. Home made tomato ketchup sounds amazingly yummie.
So the only thing missing is actually our new stove but as I hear it. The thing actually arrived to the country so any day now it should be delivered to our house. How very exciting :)
