Sorry if I’ve made you confused. I must admit I’m a little bit confused myself. But as you may remember I was like shocked about the bill from our web hosting company the other day.

So after dealing with them and getting the price cut more than half of their original suggestion for a two year renewal (I like the two year renewal plans cause then one needn’t bother with it for a long time) I got a notification from my web shop it has been renewed for yet another year.

All good no? Sure is and I did knew about it but still another batch of hundreds of Euros headed out from my bank account.

Looking a bit closer on the B&B venture I also need to pay some €300 for the booking system we need.

After doing this I looked at our domain hosting and realised a couple of domains were coming up for renewal. One of them being the one connected to my blog, and on top of that, Ghost - where I decided to do the actual writing quite recently - was also up for renewal = more money out. So in the end of the day I was just like - f-ck it!

Let’s do some wise decision making here. So I choose to quit my Ghost account, I will miss the features so much but not spending the money.

I also choose to quit my domain for Life at the Rodeo and just move the blog back into Substack, by doing so I also needed to import some posts and change my e-mail from my old soon to be deleted domain.

So please accept my deepest apologies for any confusion and any eventual double posting.
