I don't get it..
I really don't get some people. In this case I am referring to people selling vintage stuff online. How come it is so hard to put out a price? I love vintage and anything that one can recycle or up-cycle.
It goes a bit up and down..
So this whole venture of blogging, writing or whatever one like to call it is going a little bit up and down. A lot of it cause of things happening in my life that I just cannot control right now. It is more a go with the flow situation and not all in a positive way.
I cancelled on Etsy..
So, I really tried but in the end I cancelled on Etsy. The idea was to put some or all of my stuff for sale on Etsy. Even though they bite off a big chunk of ones earnings I was thinking it was already a well functioning outlet, where the things I am selling are already around.
Painting floor tiles?
Here's a thing and idea that recently have entered my mind. Can one and should one paint floor tiles? In our case I believe it is a valid question. With all the delays relating to the B&B there are also other things on our property that are being delayed.
Mansplaining?
The other day we went to a meeting with other business owners that are focusing on people and tourism. I don't remember which meeting this was in regards to the amount of times we have been to one the past year. But it is like getting worse and worse for every time.
Get ready..
Nothing takes so long than to actually finish of a renovation project. Seems to me the smaller things like the details always take the longest.
There's a first for everything..
Yesterday we ticked in on one of those there's a first for everything. Our first was to actively enter and be part of an official boot sale.
Awkward..
Sometimes things just get too awkward. Not too long ago I was invited to a school reunion.
Ready, steady, bbq..
Holy smoke, literally. Yesterday evening it was like everybody realised summer is soon to be over and fired up their barbies. We didn't.
Instead we choose for a bike ride. Getting new bikes last summer really was part of the plan of moving out to the country side and enjoy life. Which we do.

Black ice matter..
Earlier this morning I headed out to the compost, which not all surprisingly is located on the back side of our property. Going there I thought it was little bit slippery, but not to overwhelming.
