After two days of horses it was all focus on the side garden this rainy Sunday. The idea is to create some kind of a flowery meadow. This combined with some stepping stones a bird and bug bath should make this space a treat.

I have a serious craving for this sofa. I already had plans for at least one sofa for the garden.

This after just planting the ones from the other day. What can I say. I love living things

Digging a bit deeper we soon realised the patio area was not only about twice the size of what we originally though it was.

Not only for us humans but also for the poor animal life we deprived of their homes last summer.

I really like the idea of giving nature back to nature so to speak.

Based on a quick look of the local map our garden seem to one of the most versatile in our hood. How cool is that.

We do want our back garden to be full of life so even though we encountered this particular casualty this morning.
