I always wondered why women wear make up to their dentist appointments. If you come straight from a fancy work place with a total dental emergency I can see that happening. But us normal people. Why bother?

Here’s a thing I don’t understand, Belgium. Not only cause it is divided into Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels. But also cause it is an absolute amazing country.

Talk about forgotten places. I hardly set foot in Amsterdam like ever. Today was different.
Took a train early in the morning and 2h later I stepped out on the central station. Had an overpriced - but very yummie - breakfast and took a walk around the area.

Suddenly during yesterday afternoon the doorbell rang. My husband went to open the door and soon enough I overheard upset voices. So I also went to the front door.

So getting back working after sick leave was interesting. Not only for starting a complete new job but also for things not going according to plan.
