The muffled sound of snow..

I love the muffled sound of snow. Unfortunately we don't see that much snow these days unless travelling to the French or Suisse alps during winter. But the past days we experienced snow around our new house.

And today after visiting the kitchen store to make some tweaks to our new kitchen - come May - we finally could enjoy the perks and advantages of living on the border to a massive nature reserve.

We just went for a quick hike but how lovely it was to listen to the squeaky sound of snow under our shoes and be out in nature!
